Racial Justice Program
Join us for quarterly Lunch and Learns. Lunch and Learns provide a space for community members to unpack tough topics, participate in challenging conversations and develop or increase your understanding of where social and racial justice issues intersect. The goal of Lunch and Learns is to engage, educate and empower members of our community to finds ways to eliminate racism.
Courageous Conversations | Monthly on the 4th Monday of each Month
Racial Justice Program
Courageous Conversations are monthly discussions on race and current events coordinated by Community Action Inc., the Diversity Action Team of Rock County and the YWCA Rock County.
MLK Commemoration

YWCA Rock County is on a mission to Stand Against Racism! Join us in April, 2024 in Beloit and Janesville for our Events.
Family Fun Night
Please join us on April 5, 2024 for an affordable evening of swimming, games, food and raffles to benefit YWCA’s Child Care Program.

Join us on May 7th, 2025 for the 50th Annual Women of Distinction Award Ceremony at Glen Erin Golf Club in the Celtic House.
CARE House Golf Outing
Please join us on June 7th, 2024 at Glen Erin Golf Club for 18 holes of golf to benefit YWCA Rock County’s CARE House.
Juneteenth Celebration
Join YWCA Rock County and the Elite Ladies of Beloit for a Juneteenth Celebration on Saturday, June 15th from 12pm - 8pm.
Walk a Mile in Her Shoes
The 2024 Walk a Mile in Her Shoes event will be held on Saturday, October 12th at the Town Square in Downtown Janesville.
Racial Justice Conference
This day long virtual conference will be held on November 14th, 2024 and a half day in-person on November 15th. Speakers and breakout sessions will focus on ways to foster diversity.
